Negotiated contracts, budgets, expedited permitting, estimating and warehouse supplies for new single family homes and remodels. Supervised construction crews at work sites. Successful in raising $15,000 for Builder's Blitz.  

Ironwood Properties - Delray Beach, FL
Project Construction Manager, 07/01 - 10/06
Negotiated contracts and supervised construction of 70 three story townhomes with price over $750K and retail storefronts/commercial in West Palm Beach and Vero Beach.  Budget responsibilities ranged from $2M - $20M for single family, townhomes and commercial properties. Responsible for all phases of estimating, budgeting, contracts at Magnolia Court and Antilles in the fiscal year of 2001-2006. Managed all phases of the $20M construction for Ironwood projects. All phases of the project were brought at or below budget and on time.

Boca Rotan - Supervised building of 55 single-family, zero lot line homes with price of $250K plus. Negotiated contracts and expedited project schedules/inspections for the construction of high rise and single family dwellings.
