The Vero Beach Museum of Art is pleased to announce its plans to exhibit the prehistoric fossil that Barbara Purdy, Emeritus Professor of Anthropology, University of Florida, calls the "oldest, most spectacular, and rare work of art in the Americas". This special free exhibit, called FIRST EVIDENCE: The Dawn of Art in America's Last Ice Age, will be on view at the Museum from February 15 - 21, 2010.

The 14th Annual EcoFest Celebration at the Environmental Learning Center will take place Sunday, March 7th from noon to 4 pm. Gather up the family and head to the ELC for our Open House extravaganza. The 27th Annual Vero Beach Spring Boat Show will be held on Saturday, March 27th and Sunday, March 28th at Riverside Park in Vero Beach from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Riverside Park is located just west of the Riverside Theater and southeast of the Barber Bridge in Vero Beach, off of Route 60.
