A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and a two-time recipient of the prestigious Merrill-Milai-Stanley scholarship, Rod’s experience over 20 years ranges from residential to commercial. His work has been featured in many local, regional and national magazines: Luxury Florida Homes, Florida Architecture, Canadian House & Home, Southern Living and Florida Design, to name a few.

Rod’s work is marked by one distinguishing characteristic—originality. He loves introducing unexpected pieces—a highly carved Indonesian table, a naive folk art painting, an ebony African mask—into the rooms he designs, because he believes that beautiful objects reward the eye.

Now everyone can benefit from Rod’s search for objects that intrigue. His new, expanded 3,000 square foot showroom on US Highway 1 is filled with an eclectic collection of furniture, antiques and interior accents from around the world. The showroom carries upholstered pieces from well-known US makers, Milling Road and Hickory Chair, beautiful antique prints, and a large range of lamps. The selection changes almost monthly, so it is worth stopping by often to discover just the right piece for your home.
