OBJECTIVE
I am seeking a full time position with a company that has opportunity for growth. I have just moved back to the Treasure coast area where I grew up and look forward to building a local clientele here. I have worked for many years at seasonal resorts and spas and now that I have a family I want a little more stability and a place I can put all my years of hard work and dedication into a spa that welcomes and appreciates a new team member and what they have to offer. I have exceptional customer service skills, well organized, efficient, honest, friendly, and outstanding communication skills. I am capable of handling multiple projects concurrently, demonstrated record of high performance standards, including attention to schedules, deadlines, budgets and quality of work. I have effective leadership skills and as an experienced team player bring enthusiasm and boost morale within a group. I am a self starter, goal oriented strategist whose confidence, perseverance and vision promote success. I have over 14 years experience in the hospitality/spa-salon industry and 10 of that being in management with AVEDA spas. I have started many of the spas I have worked in from nothing just early construction stages and build them up from new spa menus, pricing, marketing, design and decor, all the inventory both retail and back bar, as well as added staff members as business grew. I like challenges and feel very rewarded when accomplishing goals set both professionally and personal. But above all I am truly passionate about caring for others and making them feel pampered each and every time they sit in my chair as if it were the very first time coming to see me. I love what I do and it shows with how I treat my clients and co- workers. These are just some of the assets I have to offer a company. I feel that with my history of having a strong customer service background, experience, marketing , retail sales and knowledge of business management, along with my creativity, would make me a great leader and or team player for any company.
