I have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. My experience in Hospitality includes the following areas, salon/spa management, golf course, private club, restaurant, and catering. I'm ready for a challenge, and something new and exciting. I am a Trained chef with experience in Bar management, Restaurant management, Purchasing, and every aspect of the hotel restaurant business. I have been a leader and a mentor to many aspiring chefs and still have room in my menu to grow. I can do anything asked of me and can even book wedding /banquettes and draw up legal contracts. I am also experienced in menu design. I have what it takes.
